Tease The Day focuses on the online sale of premium lifestyle and intimate wellness products, with respect for discretion, quality and a mature experience.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Tease The Day and to every distance contract concluded between Tease The Day and you as a consumer.
Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to you electronically.

3. The offer

The Tease The Day range is carefully compiled and described as completely and accurately as possible.
Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.

All products are intended for adults and are marketed as lifestyle and wellness products, without medical claims.

4. The agreement

The agreement is concluded when you accept the offer and meet the conditions set out therein.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Tease The Day reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information if there are valid reasons for doing so.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason, unless there is an exception as mentioned in Article 7.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email within this period.

6. Costs in case of revocation

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the costs of return shipping.
After correct receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

7. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that:

Are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection;

Delivered sealed and of which the seal has been broken after delivery;

Clearly used or damaged.

This exclusion is in accordance with European consumer law.

8. The price

All prices on the website include VAT and exclude any shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Tease The Day reserves the right to change prices without affecting existing agreements.

9. Conformity and warranty

Tease The Day guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement, the stated specifications and the reasonable requirements of soundness.
Any defects must be reported within a reasonable period of time after discovery.

10. Delivery and execution

Orders are shipped carefully and discreetly packaged.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary, partly due to the dropshipping model. Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation.

11. Payment

Payment takes place via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering.

12. Complaints procedure

Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described by e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
Tease The Day aims to answer complaints within 14 days.

13. Liability

Tease The Day is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or immaterial damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
In all cases, liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

14. Force Majeure

Tease The Day is not obliged to fulfil any obligations if this is prevented by circumstances beyond its control, including delays by suppliers or carriers.

15. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the website, texts, images and designs belong to Tease The Day or its licensors.
Use without prior written permission is prohibited.

16. Privacy and data protection

Tease The Day processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).

17. Applicable law and disputes

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
