Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After canceling, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Exceptions (food safety & hygiene)

For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the seal is broken:

Lubricants

Massage gels

Capsules / Brazilian Balls

Intimate products

This is legally permitted for hygiene products.

Return Policy

A return will only be accepted if:

The product is unopened
The seal is intact
The product is undamaged
The product is in its original packaging

Name

Product(s)

Revocation request

We will then send you the instructions.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or damaged product

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours.
