How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our webshop. Select the product you want, add it to your shopping cart, and follow the steps in the checkout process. After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email.

You can pay securely at Tease The Day using the available payment methods in the webshop, including iDEAL and credit card. All payments are processed through secure payment environments.

Shipping & Delivery
Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Yes. All orders are packaged neutrally and discreetly, with no identifying sender or product description. Your privacy is our top priority.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days on average, depending on destination and carrier.
Because we work according to a dropshipping model, delivery times are indicative.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. Any special offers, such as free shipping, are always communicated in advance.
Can I track my order?
If available, you will receive an email with tracking information after shipment.

Can I return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
Can all products be returned?
No. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, certain products are excluded from returns, particularly if the seal has been broken. This is in accordance with European law.
How do I report a return?
You can register a return by contacting us by email within the withdrawal period. You will then receive further instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
After correct receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
